Due to the customized nature of our software engineering services (websites, CRM dashboards, and ad systems), work starts immediately upon contract signoff and deposit verification. Therefore, cancellations are not eligible for a refund after custom coding or campaign design has commenced.
We deliver initial prototypes within 15 to 45 business days depending on project size. In the rare event that GadFly is unable to initiate delivery of your project within 60 days of payment, you are entitled to cancel your order and request a 100% refund of the deposit amount.
Subscriptions signed for post-6 months free support can be cancelled at any time by notifying our billing desk 7 days prior to the next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months already billed.
