GadFly provides custom software development, IT systems, CRM dashboards, UI/UX designs, and advertising/lead-generation services (referred to as "Services").
Clients are required to provide complete assets, accurate business descriptions, access permissions, and required inputs for execution of software projects. GadFly is not responsible for project delays caused by client response latency.
All service prices are project-based and outlined in separate service quotes. Every custom deployment includes six (6) months of complimentary support (bug fixes and server tracking) from the date of system launch. Following the 6-month period, continuation of support requires signing a monthly subscription agreement.
Payments for our services are processed securely through payment gateways (such as Razorpay). Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes and transaction fees as shown during invoice settlement.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
